Q: Are Your Diamond Necklaces Made with Real Diamonds?
A: Yes, all of our diamond necklaces are made with real diamonds. They are elegant and glamorous. The type of necklace that will make you feel like a million dollars.

Q: I ordered a Swarovski/Diamond Name Necklace. Where on the necklace will you place the stone?
A: We can place the stone nearly anywhere on the pendant. By default, we will place the stone as follows: for names that include the letter "i", we will set the stone inside the dot of the "i". For names that do not include the letter "i", we will set the stone on the first letter of the name.
Q: When should I consider ordering a Name Necklace in double thickness?
A: For names that include more than eight letters, we always recommend to order a pendant in double thickness. This will cause the pendant to be more stable and durable. You can also choose double thick material for shorter names, which will make your pendant stronger and more durable.
Q: How do I choose the correct ring size?
A: Below is a chart of ring sizes divided by region.
You may want to get your finger sized at a local jeweler to be 100% sure of your ring size before placing your order.

Q: How do I create an account with
A: Your account is created automatically when you place your first order. We store your information on our secure server and ask you to provide your email address so that we can notify you when the order has been shipped. The next time you place an order with us, our secure server will remember your name and email address. Please note that your credit card information is not processed through, or stored on

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Placing an order with us is very easy. You may begin by clicking on the product image or product name in order to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the desired inscription and the chain length if necessary, and click on the "Add to Cart" button. You may add a gift box and gift card at this point as well to make your item an extra special gift for a loved one or friend.
Please select the shipping option through the “Shipping method” box and when you are ready to make your purchase, simply click on the "Proceed to Checkout" or the "Checkout with PayPal" buttons. You will automatically be directed to the selected payment-processing website, on which you will have the option of paying with your credit card or with your existing PayPal account.
Q: How do I place an order by mail?
A. The best way to place an order by mail is to use the online shopping cart. After you have placed your desired items in the cart, please print out the page and mail it to us along with your payment.

Q: Which payment methods are available on your site?

After you have entered the Bank-Transfer page, you will receive all the compulsory transfer information for your order. You can then print this information and forward it to your bank.
Bank Transfers can take up to five days to be carried out. As soon as the money appears in our account, you will receive a confirmation email. Following the confirmation, we will immediately start with the production of your order.
