New Account

Q. How do I Create an Account with Israel Blessing?

A: Your account is created automatically for you the first time you place an order. When you place your first order we store your information on our secure server and ask you to provide your e-mail address (so we can notify you when the order has been dispatched) and a password. The next time you want to place an order we'll ask you to log in using the same e-mail address and password.

Q. How do I place an order?

A: It's very simple. Begin with a click on the product image or product name to view the item details. To add an item to your order, enter the quantity you wish to purchase into the "Quantity" box, select the inscription you wish to have and click the "Add to Cart" button. Please select the shipping option at the “Shipping” box and when you are ready to checkout, simply click on either the "Secure Checkout" or the "PayPal Checkout" buttons on our website. You will be automatically directed to the selected payment-processing website, where you will have the option to pay with either your credit card or through an existing PayPal account.

If you do not have a PayPal account, please use the secure checkout option on the shopping cart page. You may pay using your AMEX, Mastercard or Visa card.

Otherwise, Choose the PayPal option. PayPal’s unequaled 128 bit encryption secure servers enable you to make your payment with complete confidence.

Your credit card information is not processed through or stored on IsraelBlessing servers, and no information is ever released to a third party.


Q. How do I order by mail?

A. The best way to order by mail is to use the online shopping cart. When you have all the items you want in the cart, please print it and send us the print together with the payment.

Q. Every time I try and add item to my shopping cart, my cart remains empty.

A. To use our shopping cart you must enable the cookie option in your browser.

Tools -> Internet options -> Privacy -> Set Privacy level to Medium.

If you are using Firefox browser please go to:
Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Cookies -> Allow sites to set cookies




Payment Policy


Q. Which payment methods are available on your site?

A. At IsraelBlessing we accept all major credit cards and payments made through PayPal. Payment must be made in full before shipment.

In order to place a payment, simply click on either the "Secure Checkout" or the "PayPal Checkout" buttons on our website. You will be automatically directed to the selected payment-processing website, where you will have the option to pay with either your credit card or through an existing PayPal account.

Q. Why do I need to checkout with PayPal when I purchase from your site? I don't have a PayPal account.

A: If you do not have a PayPal account, please use the secure checkout option on the shopping cart page. You may pay using your AMEX, Mastercard or Visa card.

Q. I get the following message that my card was declined

A. If you get a message that your card was declined, please check your billing information for accuracy. Keep in mind that your billing information (name, street address, and zip code) MUST match what your card-issuing bank has on file, or your transaction will be declined, even if you have enough funds in your account to pay for the order. (The shipping address has no effect on whether your card is approved or declined.)

Q. When I went to pay on the Internet using PayPal, it would not let the payment go through. Could you possibly help me with the payment process?

A: If for some reason you cannot complete your payment, please send us an email with your order details and we will send you an email for a payment request.

Q: Is there another way to make a payment on your site?

A: Money transfer and Check is another option to pay for your order. If you choose to do so, please contact us and we will send you an email with the required information and instruction.


Shipping policy


Q. What are your shipping policy and charges?

A. Israeblessing.com is able to ship to all international locations.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A. We will send an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number when applicable. This gives you the ability to track your order through the carrier until it reaches you or your recipient's doorstep.

Q: Will Express mail or Federal Express leave my package if nobody is there to sign for it?

A. For the protection of your purchases, we require that all orders must be signed for at the time of delivery.

Returns/cancellations

Q: What is Israel Blessing return policy?

A. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by IsraelBlessing.com within 30 days of delivery. Refunds and cancellations will not include shipping charges and 10% processing fee.
For personalized rings there is 20% return/cancellations fee.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: Any order cancelled post prior to the time of shipping will be treated as a returned order.

Q: What if I happen to receive a defective product?

A: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please notify us immediately by E-Mail to custserv@israelblessing.com or by phone at (+1) (408) 627-7742 and you will receive a refund or exchange.
Promotions

Q: How do I use my special promotional code?

A: If you receive a special promotional offer from us, simply enter the promotional code in the “Coupon Code” box provided on the page of the purchased items and then press on the “Apply Coupon” button. After proceeding to check out, the promotional offer/discounts will be reflected at the “Order Total” box.

Q: Do you offer gift messages or gift-wrapping?

A: You may order Gift Note and Gift box by clicking on the "Add Gift Package" icon next to the products icons at the shopping cart.
