Beautiful craftsmanship on the pendant. It is a fine work of silversmithing without looking too modern and retaining the look and feel of a poured cast silver. The chain is a little flimsy regarding the integrity and strength and bulk of the links but I have had no breakage as of yet and I wear it twenty-four hours a day 7 days a week as I did my necklace before this signifying Jeremiah 31:31 - 34, the law of God written upon my heart. Overall, for the average person with light to moderate activity regarding exercise and exposure to intense activity it should be just fine. Just note that if you are into contact sports that it would be best to remove the item before engaging.
