I had to send order #20075647 and#20075649 back to the N.Y.(basement), office to have them put on 18 inch chains as the 22 inch was WAY to long. I sent them FedEx and am waiting to hear from you. The necklaces were very,very nice however, and I would certainly order them again in the future,if needed. I bought one as a bat mitzvah gift for one of my grandaughters awhile back,and it was her very favorite gift,she NEVER takes it off! Thanks for all you do, and I hope to get my two necklaces back soon. I think they had to send them on to Israel after I returned them to New York.
