At Israel Blessing , we are committed to crafting personalized jewelry that is as precious and beautiful as the moments they commemorate. If your item arrives damaged or contains an error, please notify us immediately. We are dedicated to addressing any issues and ensuring your complete satisfaction. For return or cancellation inquiries, please email us here.
Important: All returns must be requested and approved in advance. We have a designated return address, and returns sent to any other address will not be accepted or processed.
RETURN POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, new and unworn items can be returned to Israel Blessing within 100 days of delivery. Non-personalized pieces qualify for a full refund if returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalized jewelry, made exclusively for you, can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Once your order is placed, we promptly begin the production of your personalized items. Because each piece is uniquely created for our customers, cancellations are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After this period, we can offer an exchange or store credit. To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team. Note that cancellations are only possible before the item has shipped.
Cancellations will be processed on the day we receive your request.
Israel Blessing reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes will be published on this page. For inquiries regarding cancellations or any of our other policies, please contact our Customer Service Representatives.
Hebrew Inscription Approval Policy
Personalized items are engraved based on the text provided by the customer, either as submitted in Hebrew or translated into Hebrew when applicable.
Please note that some names and words may have more than one correct Hebrew spelling or transliteration.
After placing an order, customers receive an Order Confirmation email that includes the Hebrew engraving details exactly as they will appear on the item.
It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review the engraving details and notify us of any requested changes before the order is shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, engraving changes are no longer possible.
Any engraving changes requested after shipment or after delivery will require a 30% production fee, as the item must be remade.
If an engraving error occurs due to our mistake or a manufacturing defect, it will be corrected at no additional cost.
Ring & Jewelry Size Exchange Policy
Because many of our pieces are made to order, size changes may require additional production.
Rings and Non-Personalized Jewelry
The first ring size exchange is offered free of charge.
Any additional ring size exchanges will require a 30% production fee, calculated based on the original item price.
Personalized Jewelry (excluding rings)
Any size adjustment or remake of a personalized item requires a 30% production fee, as the piece must be reproduced.
